Moblyng, one of the leaders in mobile social media, announced the expansion of its website’s mobile component m.moblyng.com to give users access to online content from sites such as MySpace and YouTube right to their mobile phone.
To coincide with this announcement, the site has also publicized their new ‘mobilize me’ button, which will be embedded into user profiles on social networking sites like MySpace, Friendster and Facebook allowing users to automatically send free videos, pictures and slideshows to their mobile phones.
The site currently allows users to upload videos that can be watched online or sent to mobile phones. It also offers ‘Blyngpix’ which permits users to send images to friends online or to mobile phones and a gift giving component. Users can create a profile similar to other social networking sites where they can share their content, create slideshows of images and music, and vote or download other user’s material.
