Aero Products International and Brickfish, the social marketing solution have teamed up to launch the user-generated content (UGC) contest What’s Your Overnight Guest Rating. Just in time for the holidays you can let everyone know whether your hosting accommodations are four-star or forgettable.

Participants can use real life experiences from times when their friends or families have stayed with them instead of a pricey hotel. Describing real life happenings whether they were successful or tragic - you could even provide tips for creating a relaxing vacation experience for family and friends.

By entering a photo, video or blog describing your overnight guest rating your entry will automatically be entered into Brickfish’s patented social media UGC contest that tracks all submissions by category; newly popular, ranking, most recent entries, most viewed entries and most viral entries.

All submissions must be an original creation and feature the sleeping setup that participants provided their guests or a tip for overnight guests. Blogs may not be longer than 1000 words and video submissions may not exceed three minutes in length.

Four categories will be used for selecting winners by a panel of judges approved by the sponsor. Five “smart” winners and five “not so smart winners” will win the runners up positions. As well one winner will be chosen for the most viral submission. As always, Brickfish has incorporated a sign-up sweepstakes for those who visit the contest website.

The two grand prize winners of the What’s Your Overnight Guest Rating contest - one for “smart” and one “not so smart” - will be chosen from the top 20 highest scoring entries. Those winners will receive a free airfare voucher from American Airlines or Southwest Airlines valued up to $1000 and a Smart Settings AeroBed to make the stay a success.
