TheBlogTV has just launched its newly conceived Madeinkitchen, the first international and multilingual 2.0 platform dedicated to cookery where enthusiasts can come together to build the world’s largest archive of video recipes.

TheBlogTV is a user-generated media company and leader in the development and management of participatory platforms. Using the crowdsourcing model that allows a community to share online TheBlogTV produces content for television, online and mobile distribution.

According to TheBlogTV approximately 10 per cent of online participants use the Web to publish their own recipes, consult other people’s recipes and discover the tricks of great chefs.

Madeinkitchen allows cooking enthusiasts to create and share video recipes along with instructions, photographs and narratives, as well allows the community to translate them into many languages.

Every participants can enter a recipe and interact in “Wiki” mode with other peoples recipes to allow for more free collaboration and to rapidly translate content into English, Spanish, French and Italian.

While Madeinkitchen will certainly have its share of competition in the online cooking world this site also publishes premium content such as video bites by international chefs for learning tips and tricks, recipes from the most famous and exclusive restaurants and actual creative cooking classes and curiosities associated with the world of food.
