This has been an exciting month for me, truly a month of firsts - I closed my first deal, I took my first business trip with ICUC Moderation Services, I was in Toronto for the first time and I must say the things I saw were incredible. Not only the view from the CN Tower at midnight on a perfectly clear evening, but the potential I saw for growth in the Toronto market for ICUC Moderation Services was remarkable.

When I came on board in August the president of the company, Keith Bilous told me about the success ICUC Moderation Services has seen recently. He told me the same story I now tell potential clients - the story of ICUC Moderation Services and its humble beginnings to growing into the world’s largest moderation service company in only a few short years. Because of our success I assumed everyone and their dog – in the ad industry at least - had heard of ICUC Moderation Services; but that was not the case. I visited 12 respected agencies, some giants in the ad and PR world, and the response was generally the same – we had no idea you existed.

That was a shock to me. At first I thought it was a little depressing thinking the biggest players in the industry we work in hadn’t heard of us. Then, after a few meetings, after seeing how interested they became in our unique service and how they talked about working together in the future, I changed my mind. I became optimistic, excited and proud to be part of a business people want to work with, a company with the world before it and at a place financially where it is now able to take advantage of these incredible opportunities. ICUC Moderation Services is standing on the threshold of much bigger things and I can’t imagine a more exciting time to be a member of the ICUC team then right now.
