Share your vision on a bigger scale with Toshiba

Toshiba is sponsoring a new user-generated content (UGC) campaign, I’m on TV which is designed to give people a chance to tell the world what they are thinking about their future, their family, their friends and the earth.

Toshiba manufactures and distributes computers, office products, photocopiers, home entertainment systems and medical instruments and proudly displays a huge digital screen in Times Square.

Participants can join in the I’m on TV campaign by creating an eight second video message from their computer’s webcam and uploading them to the I’m on TV campaign website. Video messages must be accompanied by a typed version of your message, which may not include slander or political debate.

Videos that fulfill the criteria and are properly uploaded will make their way on the huge Toshiba Vision screen in Times Square in New York City if chosen. Videos will be broadcast live and heard by thousands of people.

Participants can submit as many videos as they would like between December 7, 2009 and December 28, 2009. Subsequent submission periods will be announced later on from the I’m on TV website.

Eighteen videos that best fit the theme and show most relevance to the visions or wishes for the next decade will be chosen to air each day.
