Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH), one of the leading advertising agencies in the world has teamed up with Talenthouse for three exciting challenges in which the creative community can develop a campaign centered around the new personal safety alarm for women, ila DUSK.
ila DUSK is targeting woman of all ages who have ever felt vulnerable when out late at night, running in the early hours of the morning, alone at home or out in public, or even while walking their dog.
Talenthouse is a global creative platform for artists, providing opportunities for recognition, collaboration, and compensation. All members of the Talenthouse community are eligible to enter the competition. Once you become a member everyone may view the Artist Invites and chose to submit a video.
The first of the three challenges encourages filmmakers to develop and create a 30 to 60 second film that promotes the personal security product. The video will be released onto the Internet and BBH is hopeful that it will become a viral hit.
Submissions should be entered on YouTube and a URL link should be uploaded to your creative invite that was sent to you via Talenthouse. Participants will be able to vote on their favourite videos. Entrants are encouraged to invite friends and fans to vote as submissions with the most votes are automatically included in the final selection round.
BBH will determine the final selections from the community, and they could ultimately be featured as part of the global advertising campaign for ila DUSK. The winners of the competition will win an exciting internship at BBH London or New York.
The last day filmmakers can submit entries is January 21, 2010 and the selection date is expected to be January 28, 2010.
