This was the first unit I saw condo shopping today with my father and my agent Nang. Nang showed us everything she could find in the downtown area under $260,000. I set this as my budget thinking it would be easy to find a place at this price point that would fulfill my desires for space, a view and sunshine. In the end I found only one place that met any of these requirements (a view and sunshine) and I made an offer - now it’s the waiting game! I was amazed at the cost of space in Toronto. What a difference compared to Manitoba where a quarter million can buy a 1,500 square foot bungalow in a nice neighborhood. Needless to say after seeing this first property I was a little worried I’d made a foolish decision deciding to move to Toronto.

And just to make it clear, the space showed in this video is the entire condo. There is a washroom off the hallway but other than that, this is it.
