Yesterday marked the first-ever ICUC Moderation Services Town Hall meeting. Together, the ICUC community came together to share what a remarkable year 2010 has been and what is in store for 2011, as well to celebrate the fun and passionate family we have created.
“What was so great about today’s meetings was that we got to see each others faces,” said director of operations, Lindsay Woroniak. “As a virtual company, it’s not every day that we get to spend time with one another like that – and for some, it was the first time they had seen any of the management team outside of their Twitter profile pictures.”
The opportunity was not lost on any of the participants. Using the video conference format participants had the chance to see what the sales, operations, marketing and human resources departments had been up to in the past year. As well, the projections for 2011.
The ICUC Town Hall meetings are a part of the company’s “3 Days of Excellence”, a conference centered around professional development of the ICUC team, that focused on promoting company quality by taking a look at the past, present and future.
The Twitter feed was a buzz with notes of excitement and energy, using the hashtag #ICUCExcellence. One participant, Margo Rose, noted: “Your vision, and mission is tremendous. I am so grateful, proud, and happy to be a member of the team. Today’s meeting was both educational, and enlightening. I couldn’t be happier.”
ICUC Moderation Services is thrilled to have been able to support such as worthy event for our team, and was happy to many were able to participate. Hopefully we will see you all again at the next one.

Fantastic post! Yesterday’s meeting was incredible. We can all take pride in being a member of a world-class team!
