The hot new photo sharing network Pinterest has quickly become a fan and brand favourite. Visually appealing, the social network that lets users collect and share images found on the Web by "pinning" them on virtual pinboards. The images span a variety of categories, from fashion, crafts, cooking, décor, fitness, and more. Users can follow the pinboards of friends and brands for inspiration and "repin" the images onto their own pinboards. Snoo.ws Worthy Video: Inspiration Day by Kotex

Kotex just finished up an interesting and engaging campaign called Women's Inspiration Day in which 50 women were researched and chosen from social networking platforms where they express themselves. Kotex used what inspired these women and designed personalized kits to deliver straight to their doorstep. Participants were head over heels for the gift and almost 100% of them posted something about their presents on networks like, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Overall, after sending out 50 kits, the campaign garnered 2284 interactions and 694,853 impressions. Pretty good, huh?! Snoo.ws Worthy Video: Siri Meets The Stars

Apple seems to have enlisted the help of some A-list celebrities to promote the new iPhone 4S personal assistant Siri. In this ad, the speech recognition app helps actress and musician Zooey Deschanel forgo the rain, and stay in with what hopes to be some delicious hot tomato soup and a little dancing. Other ads of the same vein feature actor Samuel L. Jackson as he prepares for date night, and can be seen here. The ads, by agency TBWA are a definite departure from Apple's usual style, but seem to be doing pretty well with Deschanel receiving 521,756 views and well over 16,000 shares so far. I guess well see if that's enough of a success to keep 'em coming.

Snoo.ws Worthy Video: The Dog Strikes Back

Volkswagen’s game day commercial is a big hit, as it has one of the two ingredients for surefire success – a dog.

In this ad, by agency Deutsch Inc ’Bolt the dog’ gets back into shape in order to fit through the doggie door and chase after the brand new VW Beetle that has been cruising through the neighbourhood each day.

Possibly my favourite part of the ad is near the end, when they tie it all together and actually make it a sequel to last year’s ‘The Force’ commercial starring Little Vader.
