Why out-sourced moderation makes sense

When it comes to our own work, brand and opinions we tend to be a little more sensitive. Criticism can be a wonderful tool for improvement; however with the millions of voices that travel in real-time to a brand’s Facebook fan page, those criticisms can be a little overwhelming and perhaps better left in the hands of someone not emotionally connected to the issue.
