After shutting down over a year ago, Seattle-based user-generated review site Judy’s Book is back on the Web.

It may be that its birth in 2005 came before the UGC boom, but either way,  new investors David Niu, Geoff Entress, Andy Liu have acquired the assets of the company and are standing behind the new launch. (more…)
