Improve your karma; #Shop4Siloam

Tuesday, March 30th, 2010

In the spirit of the Easter season ICUC Moderation Services is responding to a ‘tweet’ for help by @SiloamMission looking for food donations during the holiday. With the recent layoffs and cutbacks this organization needs your help now, more than ever. ICUC is organizing a “Shop for Siloam” this week to fill the needs of this worthy cause.

Through the power of social media we hope to inspire Winnipeggers to stop by and make a grocery donation to Siloam Mission. Share your thoughts and join the conversation with the event hashtag #shop4siloam.

Siloam Mission is in need of 20 hams, 200 lbs of potatoes, 30 kg of frozen mixed vegetables, 50 cans of apple sauce, 700 indv. bread rolls, and coleslaw.

Do you have groceries you can give? Come and join us at Superstore on Bison Drive and share the love.
